Lemar And Dauley®

Having known Stalley for a few years, I had the pleasure of developing his mixtape package for his recent release MadStalley: The Autobiography. When preparing the artwork, I got to preview a few songs and was impressed to hear his growth as an artist when compared to his previous material. He sounds both comfortable over the instrumentals while providing introspective narratives. Done over re-workings of Madlib production, he tells his story of hailing from a small town outside of Cleveland, Ohio called Massillon, to pursue his calling to become the voice of the unheard in a “new land;” New York.
