In the devastating aftermath of the Earthquake this week that has affected over 3 million of it's citizens and crumbled it's presidential palace, to say that Haiti is exhausting it's resources is a profound understatement. An odd casualty of this finds itself in Jet fuel. Civilian Flights were halted on Thursday at the behest of the Haitian government citing an overcrowded Toussaint L'Ouverture International Airport and insufficient jet fuel for planes to go back. The hold should be lifted shortly, but in the meantime you can still send donations to charities who are on the ground helping, such as the Red Cross.
