1. I am a huge admirer of the brand! How do I carry Lemar and Dauley in my store?

   If you are interested in carrying Lemar and Dauley, please contact us with your details (select "Wholesale" in the "To" drop-down field), to receive a "Retailer Account Application". *

   You may also submit a sales inquiry at the "Wholesale" section listed on the home page of the site, located within the main navigation bar.

   * Please understand we do not sell to stores that are not yet opened for business. You must have an existing store currently operating.

2. I would love to work or intern for Lemar and Dauley! How do I apply?

   At the moment, there are no positions available, but if you strongly feel you are qualified and as equally impressive as the staff we currently employ, then by all means, please send your resume to "Opportunities" via our contact us us form.

3. I love fashion and music! Can I blog for Lemar and Dauley and/or A-Side/ B-Side Media?

   Presently, we are fully staffed with writers for the Lemar and Dauley site as well as our affiliate A-Side/ B-Side Media, but we will always consider qualified people for internship positions. Please understand that these are unpaid internships, but we can keep you fully stocked on Lemar and Dauley clothing and trinkets! If interested please see the qualifications for potential candidates below:

4. I am great looking! How do I model for Lemar and Dauley?

   When submitting model request for Lemar and Dauley photoshoots, catalogs and campaigns please provide the following materials:

   • Digital portfolio and/or model headshots.
   • Contact information.

   Please submit all materials to "Model" via our contact us form.

   Note: Please understand that any information or requests submitted to Myspace, Facebook and all / any social networks, will not be accepted nor considered. We only consider applications submitted through our site. Multiple applications will not be considered.

5. I love the Lemar and Dauley online shop, but is it safe?

   Of course! We use an SSL encryption, which encodes information as it is sent over the internet between your computer and the Lemar and Dauley site. SSL technology helps to ensure that the transmitted information remains confidential. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection to only be used to complete your transaction; it is never stored. Enjoy!

6. I want to be an L&D member, but whats the advantage of establishing an account?

   Establishing an online account with Lemar and Dauley will allow faster, hassle-free processing of your order when you're checking out. We also automatically sign you up for the Lemar and Dauley newsletter, which will keep you up-to-date on all events, new products and updates, promotional materials, and keep you informed with exclusive contests and discount codes and promotions we run. Theres alot of great stuff!

   Note: You may choose to establish an account very easily during the checkout process when purchasing an item. This is a one time signup process, which means you'll never have to be repeat it for any of your future purchases.

7. Do you accept all forms of payment?

   We accept major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as payment.

8. How does Lemar and Dauley ship orders?

   We ship all orders via UPS. Please understand, shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and varies depending on location.

9. I hate waiting! How long does delivery take?

   All items purchased will be processed within 48 hours of ordering. U.S. orders will ship within 2-3 business days, while International orders take 5-7 business days.

10. I live outside the U.S. What is the policy with international shipping?

    International orders take 5-7 business days. International customers should take into consideration that foreign customs may incur fees as well as delay shipment beyond our control. All additional fees are independent of Lemar and Dauley.

    Note: Please understand that Lemar and Dauley cannot be held responsible for additional charges imposed by regional governmental laws.

11. I prefer blue instead of red! Whats Lemar and DauleyÕs return policy?

    Customers must notify Sales at Lemar and Dauley of any defects or problems within 48 hours of receipt. All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original conditon with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Lemar and Dauley will pay return shipping charges if defective or wrong item. All returns will be refunded to the credit card charged. No refund allowed for any product after 7 days. No refund/exchange on sales items. All sales/discount items will receive store credit.

12. I need to know everything L&D related! How do I stay updated?

13. I noticed the A-Side/B-Side Media link, but what exactly is A-Side/B-Side Media?

    A-Side/B-Side Media was conceptualized by us and was envisioned as a channel through which Music, Art & Fashion could infuse the culture. Its an online magazine that is comprised of several recurring departments such as "Droppin' Gems" (where you are guaranteed a dope new song) and the ever popular "Real to Real" (where you are guaranteed a dope new rant).

    We also have several floating departments which cannot be named at this time because they are floating and we cannot catch them. We are committed to bringing substantive work to the table each day along with a little smile to sweeten the deal. Our bouncing baby blog is not even a year old but is precociously reaching milestones. Join us as we continue to grow!

14. What exactly is the Lemar and Dauley widget? What does it do?

    The Lemar and Dauley widget is a media player that you can download and it is available for free! After selecting the "download" option, the Lemar and Dauley widget will automatically upload onto your myspace page, providing you with content L&D related, such as music, videos and new products.

15. I attempted to purchase a Lemar and Dauley iPod Music-skin and I was linked to another site. Is this a legitimate dealer?

16. I Can't See The Slider and There are no Pictures! What's Going on?

    Your Browser might have disabled Java script which is causing some of the pictures and sliders not to load. To resolve this just enter the preferences or tools menu on your Browser and under security enable javascript.
